REVIEW

Normally I don’t make puns here, but when I do I’d say they were unintentional, but I gotta say these films were pretty, “Smashing!” An action packed pair of movies, both of which feature the Hulk as both a hero and villain, providing an opportunity to showcase Wolverine’s Weapon X origins, and a Loki scheme leading to takeover Asgard. Animation is pleasing, but looked like it was emulating the DC direct-to-video movies. The voice talent’s very good, the stand outs being Steve Blum, and Nolan North (who improved all of his lines).  Overall, these films were very enjoyable, so if you’re a Hulk, Wolverine, or Thor fan, check them out. I mentioned in the review of Wolverine And The X-Men that there was a sequel made for “Hulk VS Wolverine,” the episode is included as a bonus feature so check that out too!

RANK:

Hulk VS Wolverine: 4 out of 5
